It helps break down the food helping your issue resolve itself and reducing the tummy aches. Please make sure to drink water when having these. These also help and support difficult to digest food aswell.

My daughter has had long term issues with digestive and bowel issues. Her prescribed meds sometimes need extra help. Along with additional probiotics these are certainly helping and hopefully going some way to counteracting the side-effect of her meds and long term conditions. I bought this because I suffer from food intolerance to quite a few common foodstuffs. Dairy, eggs, wheat and yeast being some. These are very difficult to avoid as manufacturers put them in most foods. Digest plus seems to have helped with the worst of the heartburn and acid reflux I experience, although I still rely on prescription drugs for this at times. I have also found that my IBS has improved dramatically. I think this must be because Digest plus also contains acidophilus, which kills bad bacteria in the gut which thrives on undigested food. I couldn't eat this before because it is found in yoghurt, which I can't eat. I still have to be careful, but I am very pleased with the results so far.

Pleasant mint taste and smell, flattish easy to chew pills, which help digestion unexpectedly well, if taken during the meal. I bought few sorts of enzymes and use them one after another every day, so I use these ones every 3th or 4th meal. I prefer this way, because it benefits me the best. I have had just the acidophilus by this brand and found it okay these however have me a headache.

I'm suffering what is probably a gall bladder problem but I get stomach pain with heavy foods such as meat. These digestive enzymes definately help and I don't get any after-affects or reactions. They are easy to chew or suck and only have a slight minty flavour, not enough to spoil the taste of any following food. All good for me.

These didnt work at all for me, intact ot has caused me more problems, im on Omperazole now. These enzymes created too much acid.

I bought this as I was suffering from a lot of indigestion and bloating. So many foods seem to disagree with me. I took it before my main meal every day for a few weeks and it has helped my digestion no end. I have cut down now and only take it occasionally and it seems to have sorted out whatever was my problem. I will always try to keep some on hand in case.
