Jabra Evolve 65 SE Link380a MS Stereo- Bluetooth Headset with Noise-Cancelling Microphone, Long-Lasting Battery and Dual Connectivity - Works with All Other Platforms - Black

I bought this so I could walk away from my desk if I needed to. The corded Jabra headset I had kept getting caught in my chair arms and was extremely short. I debated between getting the mono headset or stereo and went with mono so I could have one ear listening to what’s going on around me. I almost wish I had gone with the stereo set. The headband seems loose on my head and falls off if I tilt my head forward or backward. While I’d rather not have a tight headband either, it’s still an inconvenience. Not as inconvenient as the other wireless headsets I’ve tried. I bought this model specifically because WebEx had it listed on their site as a compatible headset. So far it has performed wonderfully. The sound is great, the battery life is awesome, and the buttons all work the way they should.

After trying two other less expensive brands that were supposed 4+ stars, I decided to spend a little more money and go for the Jabra. The two prior headsets would never connect the microphone, and as someone who WFH and leads calls, that’s kind of critical and should be basic functionality. The Jabra is a simple plug and play headset - connected immediately with ALL functionality. Audio is good, the mic picks up speech very well and is clear for the listener. I thought I had purchased the option with the base included but after it was delivered sans base, I double checked my order and saw that I had selected the wrong option. Easy enough to fix, I just ordered the base separately. Can’t fault the seller for my error. The battery charges quickly and I have no complaints on it’s performance. I do wish the headpiece was padded on the side without the mono earpiece but since I had two other useless headsets lying around, I just scavenged a pad from them and now the fit is exactly how I like it. Is it pricey? A little. But after messing around with 2 others in the $50-75 range, the price is well worth the piece of mind of knowing I’ll have guaranteed operation.

We have used these headsets for the last four years in our office, they work great, good for sound and background noise. The only limitations I have found is after a year or so of use they are prone to break/come apart where the headset and ear pieces connect. I have lost at least 4 of these headsets this way. The connector piece is too flimsy and should be more durable for a headset in this price range. Other than that flaw, they get the job done and seem to be one of the better headsets out there for heavy daily use. They are comfortable to wear for an 8 hour shift.

Amazing headset!! I work from home and use these for about 8 hours a day. They are tried and true. The battery life is way longer that I had expected and easy to set up. The design makes for a comfortable fit. Clear sound with no static.

1 year in and one of the earmuffs broke off the headband part, it’s just hanging off by a wire the width of a toothpick. Completely unusable as it doesn’t sit flat anymore and thats the side that has the microphone. Very disappointing especially at this price range.

The sound quality of this is some of the best including the noise cancellation for office use headsets. The wireless helps you move around and it warns you when the battery is about to run out with an audible prompt in your ear. The range isn't that great but it does allow you to get up and walk a bit from your desk while you're still listening on the conference call. This is the standard issue headset for my company and works perfectly with MS Teams. The Bluetooth allows you to multi-connect to different devices. Also comes with a handy carrying bag for storage. There's also a USB adapter if the device Bluetooth doesn't connect or work for you. I don't have to use this

Worked well but cheap materials used. After 6 months the headset piece broke off. Too expensive for such a poorly made product.

Love it, gives me freedom to move around the room and even to the kitchen to refill my coffee. Sound is clear, I had it for almost 2 years and it still holds it charge and I have had no problems with it

Le son est vraiment très bon. Fonctionne très bien depuis plus d’un an.

No cancela bien el sonido externo, constantemente las personas escucharan lo que pasa a tu alrededor (perros labrando, bebe llorando, autos, conversaciones de otras personas etc. Aunque este configurado para la cancelacion de sonido, no es bueno.

Son super et le micro ne capte pas les bruits ambiants. Très satisfait. Parfait pour les airs ouverts
