It feels effective enough for a quick snack and has a nice bit of nutrients so it is not just empty sugar. Texture is smooth and spreads easy. I used it on toast and sometimes just a spoon which makes it simple to use when I want something fast. The jar is not that big so it goes fast if you like it too much. It is filling enough for a small snack but not something that will keep you full for long. Protein is there but honestly I just enjoy the taste. Works well as a spread and feels like a treat with a small bonus. Good quality overall and I would buy it again.

This is great, a good replacement for high-sugars chocolate spread. It spreads just like other chocolate spreads, same consistency. It doesn't taste as sweet, but still very nice and satisfies the craving.

Very tasty alternative to white chocolate spread the good thing about this product is that it’s low in sugar but it also spreads very well. The bad thing is you tend to put more so if you can control yourself then I would say buy it.

Love this! It’s sweet and crunchy and high in protein. Perfect with protein pancakes, bagels. I rebuy every time I run out.

Tastes amazing... however kcal wise may aswell be eating Nutella (I personally prefer the taste of this though) but there is a 10kcal difference per 100g between this and Nutella. .. the carbs also don't work out that much different when comparing 15g of each so I'm a little disappointed about that. .. but it tastes great.. so 3 stars/4 stars it depends what you're looking for I guess. I was hoping for something keto friendly, great taste and low kcal.. so 3 stars for me.
