I think that this product is great value as there are 100 capsules included, and not 60 like most other brands. Zestlife products seem to be of high quality and there is a lot of information available on their website on the benefits of the product. Although I have yet to see the major benefits of using this product, I have used it for only two days so far however have felt more willing to do my workouts, which I usually DO NOT look forward to. Whether this is a placebo or actually the product, time will tell, however regardless it's doing something beneficial for me, so I would recommend it to others.

Not bad, not exactly Heaven grade or 60year old root stuff, but good off-the-shelf office tincture, to keep the infectious social climbing sociopathic krill at bay. keeps the mind balanced, But no culmalative effect like the real stuff...but yes....indulge...(for the inquisitive out there)

Ginsing is one of the few supplements that I have taken as of recent that has given me a tangable and noticeable positive effect.Having said that, in other ginseng I have bought the strength of the product hasn't been to the same standard of these ones leading me to take multiple capsules to feel any real effect.I like these gensing capsules because they are very cost efficient and also give the same amount of effect that other brands I had to take multiple of.

Have been taking them for awhile and take them every other day. Find that they are strong to be taken every day for me. Apart from that I'm not as tired and have a bit more energy.

I have tried Zestlife ginseng for a weeek or so. This ginseng helps with mental clarity and endurance. It also gives energy to cope with everyday life demands. It is a strong supplement, so it's a good idea not to take the capsule in the afternoon or at night, unless you are partying or something.The price is good as well. I recommend.

People seem to have various opinions on ginseng generally and on this item particularly. In my opinion, in 2 month I have seen no difference or improvement in any way at all, so in my opinion it was a complete waste of money to me. I certainly wouldn't buy it again.

Amazing product at a fantastic price compared to similar 'branded' products. Added confidence that they are maunfactured in the UK, as I am never really sure what is in imported products; pretty sure they're not made to GMP code of practice & BS EN 9001:2000 even if they say they are..Like the slimline packaging too, as it takes up much less room in the cupboard than the standard round bottles.

Not sure if it has the effect immediately but can feel increased energy after 2 weeks
