30247 33 pc Screwdriver Bit Set

This cheap set of screwdriver bits were bought to go with an inexpensive cordless screwdriver that came with only two bits. I don't intend to tackle anything heavy duty with these as I suspect neither they - or the screwdriver - are equal to anything difficult but am happy that it and they are equal to the light work I want them for. It seemed pointless spending a lot of money on better bits when I suspect my screwdriver has plastic gearing which will fail if given a tough task. ( I definitely don't intend using the bits in a drill.) You get a lot of bits for very little money, a neat case to keep them in and they suit the purpose I bought them for.

After buying a cheap £20 electric screwdriver on amazon and using it on a lot of Ikea furniture, the screwdriver bits started to wear, particularly the Philips/cross head. I came across these for a lot less than the alternatives and thought it was worth a go. They’re pretty sturdy, magnetically attach and have a wide variety of types. They fit my electric screwdriver so I’m very happy! They also come with a nice little malleable plastic box which keeps everything together in the toolbox. Would definitely recommend

These bits come in a flexible case which holds them safely. However, it takes a bit of a knack to remove the bits, and especially to remove the extension. You would probably not use this if you were constantly swapping bits on the same job because it would be too fiddly. I don't think that is what this set is for. For a Comprehensive portable (almost EDC) screwdriver kit, with the addition of a suitable handle, this is a good little kit.

I was a bit wary about ordering these as some of the reviews made it sound like it wasn't a genuine rolson product. But I needed some replacement screwdriver bits (having mislaid mine) for the excellent electric screwdriver. I thought I would take a chance as they were so reasonably priced and I'm happy to say they are the genuine article. There looks to be a good range of bits so no doubt I'll have fun working out what each one does!

have had and lost so many of these bits in the past, got this, ideal for the money and all the bits I would need, use this with a Draper Expert 31998 1/4-Inch Square Drive x 1/4-Inch Hexagon Screwdriver Bit Holding Socket and my torque wrench, saves a load of time and hassle being able to put my hands on the right bit of kit without rummaging through jars of old nuts/bolts/nails/doodads to try and find the right bit

You get what you pay for with these screwdriver bits. They're decent enough for a quick bit of non-heavy-duty DIY, but try to screw or unscrew anything a little tricky/sticky and you’ll soon find them shearing. I bought them as I needed to take apart a wardrobe, and while they did eventually get the job done for me, I had to change to a new screwdriver bit after one or two screws, as they'd just be blunted or bent. That said, the whole set cost under £3.50, and there are still plenty of other bits left in the set for other odd jobs. So, in conclusion: useful things to have if you need a quick and simple job done, but if you are a frequent DIYer, go for something sturdier.

I like that this set came with the holder and the bits. You can press both sides of the rubber case together so the bits don't fall out. This set was similar in price to a set of Torx bits, but you get so many more attachments.

Good value for the money. Good selection of bits. Only one caveat; when you take the bit out of the extension, be careful the magnet doesn't come out with it. This happened to me and I had to put the magnet back in. It is easily lost, so just be aware of this. Otherwise this is a good product.

I like the case maybe more than the bits it's good to stick in your pocket when working and the lid can hold different bits being currently used saves me a little time anyway!
