For sure, they're expensive and a little large but not too large to cause negative experiences. They taste great (zingy lemon taste), and produced no side effects. If you can afford it, they're a quality no hassle product.

Really good product can be a bit difficult to swallow but plenty of water and job done although would have been reordering for the third time until the price doubled for no reason so now purchasing from another retailer

Should be in capsule form,gives you the choice to pull it apart and mix in shakes,otherwise a good product aids recovery well.

It is really expensive supplement for fat loss. 1 tablet is 500 mg. 3 tablets per serving 1500mg. 6 tablets to achieve 3000 mg, per day recommended by many experts. Large tablets. The taste is citrusy. No short term results. I will update if I notice any.

The header in the Amazon description states 1500mg per serving, so you think 90 capsules is 90 days worth = great price. WRONG, it’s 3 capsules for 1500mg making this poor value for money vs many other products. I feel I was tricked into buying this. Shameful advertising.
