Best way to fit them pull your shelf out lay new ones on top measure then fix the screw. Strong fit well very goog quality would recommend.

Worst thing ever
Adjustable as stated don’t get enough screws there’s 8 holes and only 4 screws holes are bashed so the screws barely go in every time you move the shelf up or down the oven it collapses. Would not buy again
