I couldn't be more happy with the end product. The 300-piece puzzles I ordered came in these handy-dandy little plastic 4"x5" plastic containers and are SURE to be a hit at our fun get-together. Thank you SO MUCH for getting these done so quickly. It was a last minute idea and you've just MADE! MY! DAY!

First off it arrived a few days sooner than they said it would. So that was a nice surprise. Its very well made. Strong wood pieces. Picture looks great that I personalized. My daughter loved it!

I bought the 1000 pp a couple months ago. Sturdy quality wood picture in frame and had a nice gloss. So I decided to buy a 500 pp for my sis. 2 pieces were missing, 4 pieces were broken, the picture peeling from the wood pieces. Clearly the person who made my first puzzle was not the same who made my second. Since it's so close to Christmas and I have to leave town I decided to put it on a canvas and fill in with stickers paint and glitter ✨️I hate to say it, I really do but it's looking like a hit or miss.

I was very excited to buy a 1000 piece custom puzzle for my father. We have just completed the border, and 4 pieces in the border are unprinted- so we cannot figure out where they belong. Also, some pieces are more chunky than other pieces, so I know ( if we have all the pieces and can finish, ) it will be bumpy and not lay flat. I was so excited for this unique gift but after reaching out to the seller and getting NO response, and the item is not returnable- nor can you request a refund. I truly feel like I got scammed…Not that I even want a refund, I just want MY puzzle that I bought with MY hard-earned money, with all the pieces. There are a lot of great reviews for this product, which led me to believe it was a ‘good’ product to take a chance on. Please be careful and be aware that if something is wrong with your product, you are on your own, bc the seller doesn’t care enough to follow up on inquiries so you can’t fix the issue, and essentially lost the $$ of the purchase.

I got this as a gift for my best friend, A photo of her and her mom. Let’s just say there were tears. What a heartfelt thoughtful gift she thought it was.

surprised at how durable and decent this puzzle is, even with 300 pcs you can still have a good amount of time into this puzzle. granted, the pieces are a bit janky and dont go together too well, but they letters on the back help. great gift!

I gifted this to my boyfriend at the time with our favourite picture together. The quality of the image was overall good but it came with a lot of wood tiny little pieces. So id recommend if you buy it to get rid of all the tiny pieces before gifting it to someone else. We never got to make it together but from what I saw it was overall pretty good!

It was exactly what I ordered. The picture quality was great and it's durable (wood not paper). I received mine yesterday and completed it same day with my kids. The letters behind was helpful when we had challenges and after we completed it, my children held it up to see all the letters behind. They loved it and we all had a great time. I recommend. I will order again as my children have requested for more.

Very impressed with the quality of the puzzles. Bought twice for gifts and both recipients loved it. Great gift idea for people who love puzzles. Take a good picture of them and convert it to a puzzle.
