Great product, was a bit apprehensive to buy, as I have tried a lot of weight loss product. But this really works. I use almond milk in my shakes. Lost inches of my waist and feel good! For best results use a blender, to avoid the lumps.

well I've used loads of shakes in my time and i got told loads about this product, so i given it ago, got my tub of the "strawberry" flavor Herbalife and well..... it didn't even taste of strawberry at all, it tasted horrible plus you could feel the powder at back of my throat (yes i make the shake right i used a blender plus read the instructions on the back ) it just tastes horrible so be warned if you get this product, you better be up to tasting some terrible stuff.
