KontrolFreek Performance Grips for PlayStation 4 Controller (PS4)

This is the 2nd Kontrolfreek grip I have bought. I got a 2nd hand Scuff Impack controller and as my PS4 controller had the grip I bought another on for my Scuff. It fits perfectly and I love the feel. Even if you are playing for a good few hours. I never lost my grip and it felt great even after a good gaming session.

The product looks and feels great although if you are using paddles you might need to rethink this. I am using the PS4 Strike Pack FPS Dominator, and when you add the grip it just doesn't leave enough room for the back paddles to work properly. I think that you can easily just cut off the bits under the paddles but I have not tried to do that yet. Not like that is a product fault, I should have thought about that before buying it.

The feel of the material used is good, and does indeed help in regards to sweaty hands and general comfort. The drawback is the compound used to adhere the material to the controller as it just doesn't work for long. Mine started coming away after a couple of days. Too high a price for what you actually get, in my opinion.

Only down side is the price tbh once you see just how little material you are actually purchasing it's like eh? How much? BUT I must say they are definetly a quality product and it definetly improved the comfort and grip of the controller over all.

Quite difficult to apply, so make sure you have everything in place before you start - but it’s really good stuff once you have it on there.

when i opened up the packaging it seemed good but the moment i managed to get the thing off the back after damaging the grip itself because it was to tightly on but when i managed to get it off and put it on my ps4 controller i noticed straight away that it felt great and on the controller it felt good, my hands themselves get sweaty just from holding the controller without even playing anything its something with the plastic but these stopped them from sweating and I'm happy with that but straight after i put them on my controller i noticed the grips where giving off this really bad smell from the adhesive/glue to the point where i got a headache and the smell is really strong, i went down stairs and when i came backup stairs well half way up the stairs i could smell the adhesive/glue and it was really strong, my controller itself stinks of the adhesive/glue and after holding the controller for 2 minutes my hands do as well but apart from that the grips are really good

They can be a little bit fiddly to put on but once on and in the right place they are so comfortable to use and the really stop your hands from slipping while playing fps games highly recommended for all gamers

La calidad del material es muy buena, y es mucho más cómodo el uso del control con esto, ayuda a que no sude tanto la mano y que tener mejor control de los movimientos. Instalarlo puede parecer un poco complicado pero nos apoyamos con unos tutoriales y fue muy sencillo. Lo recomiendo, vale la pena su precio.

Fantástico como siempre, muy cómodo y de fácil colocación, los accesorios KF no defraudan.

just a protective case for ur controller not much improvement for gaming i dont feel any difference fps especially

Ho comprato questo articolo per migliore il grip del joypad. L'ho applicato sul mio dual shock di riserva e devo dire che fa più che bene il suo lavoro! Premetto che ci vuole un minimo di attenzione nell applicare entrambe le impugnature (vi consiglio di studiarvi bene in che maniera si avvolge al joypad) perchè la colla adesiva è molto forte e quindi sarebbe meglio evitare di attaccare e staccare più volte le impugnature per riposizionarle. Una volta applicate come si deve, noterete fin da subito un feeling diverso col joypad sentendolo più saldo e allo stesso tempo più confortevole. Se sudano le mani... no problem! Non ve ne accorgerete neanche! La spesa vale la resa!

I purchased these controller grips on behalf of my boyfriend, and they are fantastic! We put them on the white controller to prevent it from yellowing over time and with use, and it really looks great. The grips are straight forward to put on and they stick to the surface of the controller extremely well. The BF found his hands would sweat after about 5-10 minutes of using the controller and now, with the grips on it, he finds they don't sweat nearly as much or as quickly. The grips provide lots of cushioning so your hands are very comfortable. With that comfort comes a little bit of extra bulk added to the controller, so if you're used to your controller the way it is this might be pretty weird. We've had them on the controller for a few days now, so they've clocked quite a bit of game time, and nothing has come loose or started to peel. The adhesive doesn't "spill" onto the controller. It's cut perfectly to the rubber so you never feel anything sticky when using the controller. The grips are shaped very well so it's very easy to align them. I would definitely recommend wrapping them around your controller, with the paper backing still intact, before sticking them on. This way you can see exactly how they should be aligned on each side. All I did to prep the controller was take a damp cloth and wipe down the controller, then took a dry towel and made sure it was 100% dry before sticking the grips on. I would definitely recommend this product :)
