Great Supplement and you’ll notice when you haven’t taken it!!
Only gripe is that I wish this was cheaper. It’s a great supplement to take and Amazon is pretty competitive in terms of price just for some reason Sea Buckthorn is expensive wherever you look! Tip - if you want an instant glow and plumped Skin look try the oil and leave it on clean skin for 15-20mins before wiping off. You’re welcome!

Improvement in joints
My husband has said he has noticed and improvement in that his finger joints don't seem to be as stiff and painful. I feel I have been sleeping a bit better since taking the sea buck. Will be buying again.
