I bought these because I am trying to lose weight. Have lost just over a stone already, but with a knee injury my workout is limited, my weightloss has also plateau'd. Only been taking for one week and already i lost 3.5lbs, where previous weeks were 1-2lbs. Of course further proof will be in the weeks to come, so will update later. I would highly recommend you adhere to their recommendation of 1 pill each day for the first 7 days. Days 1-4 I got a bad headache and slight upset stomach, which could put you off from continuing to take, but bare with it, as this does ease. I am now on 2 pills a day with no side effects. My energy has improved, and my appetite has been surpressed, so really hoping that with a little exercise, the great weight loss will continue.

Started these 5 days ago & so far they seem to help stop cravings for sugary food - not sure if it’s just a coincidence but I’ve found after my morning tablet I don’t seem to want anything sugary / eat a full meal -UPDATE Been on them for over a week now & they are working as an appetite suppressant

I think we all know there are no magic potions that can help us lose weight, but this is a total con!!! They did not suppress my appetite, I was hungry at all times! They did not help me lose any weight even though I reduced my calorie intake and drank more water than usual at the same time! They did not give me any bit of energy, quite the opposite as I felt lethargic all of the time! AND they made me feel massively depressed and irritable! They are about as far away from their description as you can get! I wouldn't even mind but I'm 11 stone, not obese by any means, just chunky for my 5,5 height, and these did nothing but cause me problems!

Love the look of these! Taking one a day so far as suggested for 7 days & no strange ‘side effects’. Went out for a run after taking one and did one of my best runs ever.. was flying! Coicindence.. maybe. It’s early days.. but I think they are really good. Also feel my appetite & cravings have reduced in a good way. Went out for a meal & ALWAYS crave dessert. DIDNT even want anything sweet.., drank less alcohol too!!😱!! So if this continues def a weight loss booster.

The product works very well for me, I feel like I have more energy and can do way more in the gym than before! It is my 2nd buy of this product! Not sure if he helps loosing weight quicker, but definitely will recommend it for energy burst and also I feel less hungry and in the mood for sweets. Before I was taking green grenade and it was too strong for me, this one work better, and does not have weird side effects.

Made me very unwell and does not agree with my stomach as given me sharp pains and toilet issues :/ not using these again and im definitely not taking any more!!

Not much flavour, tablets themselves are slightly larger than most pills but not an issue for me.Tried one a week for a week then moved onto the recommended two and didnt have any problems. I did feel I lost a lot of bloat and had a much flatter stomach after using these for two weeks, however I also went on a no carb diet so not sure if it was that or the capsules that made the difference.

If you are prone to anxiety, panic attacks, or other mental health concerns proceed with caution. I took these pills once a day for two weeks and sure, while they helped improve my workout performance and I ate less in the morning, my anxiety levels skyrocketed. I predict it’s from the large amount of caffeine in the product. I began to have daily anxiety and severe panic attacks after a week. It was horrific. Once I stopped taking these pills, the panic attacks and anxiety subsided. I will no longer be taking this product.
