The actual sieve is quite soft metal so deforms easily but the supporting frame is sturdy.

Can't say about durability, I've only just got them,but their well built, clean easily,light weight, functionality is great, especially for flour,size is perfect.

Good sieves. Showing some signs of rust after a year and the handle of the middle sized one has fallen off. Not put in the dishwasher so it can only be because of the weld quality.
