A great digestion aid
What can I say...chia seeds are a wonderful digestion aid. Soak overnight in water or your choice of milk and they turn into a chia pudding. I use a few table spoons a day and my bowels are happy:)

Great packaging
Always find with seeds that the packaging let's you down, not this product, reusable quality which is great when you are only using a small amount. Great quality seeds too
