Vzer Diamond Hole Saw Tile Ceramic Glass Porcelain Marble Drill Bit Tool (100mm)

Purchased to cut a hole in existing porcelain tile for an extractor fan. The hole saw has no pilot drill, nor a facility to attach one, so I made an MDF jig to line up all the fan's fixing holes. Drilled the fixing holes first, and used them to attach the jig to the wall. I then used the diamond hole saw to cut a 100mm hole in the tile perfectly. I was surprised just how quickly the tool worked since my 6mm tile drill has struggled to make holes. The holesaw cleaned up quickly with water and a cloth, ready for another hole. Time will tell how many holes it will cut before it dulls, but it saved me a cracked tile or lots of grinding, so I feel I got my value out of it on the first hole.I bought the 100mm hole saw, although I should have got the 120mm to accommodate a diamond core drill for the extractor fan. You may wish to bear this in mind if you're planning on doing something similar.

I had a double glazed window that needed to have vent hole in it, almost everybody I talk to advised me to change to whole window, this magical thing saved me lots of money and. Managed to make the 10 cm hole in the double glazed window

Beware it has no centre drill to hold it steady, I drilled a piece of hardboard with it first and then used that as a jig and a dam to hold some lubricating water for drilling the floor tile.

Needed to drill a 100mm hole in floor tiles. This did the job and for the price, seems good value- especially as I am not likely to use it very often.

Needed to cut a circle out of a ceramic tile, didn’t expect this cutter to work so well. Really happy with purchase.
