If I could give 4.8 stars I would. This is a fantastic quality frame for the price, really really solid and nice smooth finish. Delivered 2 days after ordering with standard shipping. The only issues I have are with the tunnel frame, which is not rounded but sticking out at angles, which is such a small issue it does not warrant taking off one star. Frame is great, cannot complain at all. The slide is very sturdy too. I would say its pretty easy to put together, however if you work with another person on it, there are likely to be disagreements and family politics (i.e. keeping quiet rather than saying "you are wrong") in play which extend the construction time by an hour or so. The den underneath is great, we added fairy lights so its very cosy and ready for the first sleepover. I didn't have issues with split wood as another reviewer did, the frame was in perfect condition but i could see how this could happen during set up if someone doesn't hold the other end straight while securing. The pieces are labelled nicely, use the hole patterns as reference in set up. Be careful with the tent as if its pulled too roughly when secured the canvas will rip. My son loves this bed and actually wants to sleep in his room now rather than lie horizontally in my bed kicking me all night, and the cat spends most of the day sleeping in it of course.

Good quality bed. Didn’t have any issues building it with the parts and tools supplied. We had a slight mishap with delivery but all was resolved thanks to their responsive team who done all they can for delivery before Christmas. Thank you.

Not very good when you open the box up to no numbers on parts at all not very good design or make wouldn't buy again

Brilliant bed. I put it together on my own. Wasnt too bad to put together. Took few hours tho but did have a little helper. Blue tent aint made from the best material . But all in all ...brilliant

When I finished assembling this and sending kid to the dream bed I did feel happy for him. What a loving memory he would have for childhood! I wish I could have one when I was little! Anyway v good quality product. Picture shows the effect of swapping slide and ladder(We out ladder to the left and slide to the right). You can see the tower doesn't do very well with the ladder because the design on the back. Unfortunately due to aesthetics tower just won't do in the middle of room! Assembly is not the easiest in the world. It took me in total 5-6 hours with power tools. (And they advise you not to! With basic hand tools provided good luck with the 24 long nails on slides, 12 on ladders and 40 on bed alone!) yet I appreciate you have to balance easy assemble with safety. The mechanism to attach bed beams to the poles is especially idiotic. You can't connect three beams without one of them falling unless you lay them flat on the ground first. That alone took me 20 mins to try and error. Holes are missing for the tower attachment nails making height of tower difficult to be put right.. In my picture you can see the tower foot hanging in the air because there are no predrilled holes for them! Overall--good value for money. Great product. Details for assembly should be better thought through.

This bed is excellent value for money. My son loves it! It is completely solid and took a while to assemble but very straight forward. I actually live in the highlands but sam from the northshore outlet checked with the courier and they delivered to us no problem. Highly reccommended.

My daughter loves it! At first we only got part of it, I reached out to the supplier about the issue and they sent out the rest of what I was missing!

It's a cheap bed. It's very loud and creeks every time my son moves. Very disappointed. We've had it 2-3 months. Going to have to replace it already. It keeps him awake. Buy cheap, buy twice. I should've known.
