This is brilliant ! I used to make churros using eggs so that it's a bit easier to pipe using a piping bag but the recipe without eggs is what the Spanish folk uses and is so so much more authentic. We can now make churros using just plain flour, water, a pinch salt and olive oil. The recipe to make enough per fill is..240g of plain flour250g of waterA pinch of salt.1 tablespoon of olive oil. (Or melted butter)Heat water and oil to boiling. Add salt & flour and stir until combined. (Don't over do it) Fill the maker and pipe onto trays while still warm. 4-5 inches length is about ideal. Heat oil and fry in batches. Make chocolate sauce. 100g of single cream. 100g of dark chocolate. Sprinkle churros with cinnamon sugar. Dip and eat. Easy as that. !This chorros maker comes with a number of other nozzles which I have not tried yet so I'm looking forward to trying them out. 5 STARS from me. Arrived pretty much next day as I'm Amazon Prime customer.

I'd like to consider myself a Churro connoisseur so I decided to have a go at making my own. The Bernar comes nicely boxed with a selection of different nozzles for different churro shapes and sizes. It's straightforward and fairly easy to use. With mixture inside you just screw the plunger and it slowly pushes out the mix through your chosen nozzle.Only slight problems I had was the plunger wasn't completely tight inside the tube so mix was getting on the wrong side of the plunger which was a little messy and made it a bit harder to clean.Despite that I still recommend this over some of the others on here. It's a good price for what you get and does the job well.

This contraption is ideal for making Spanish style churros, just like I used to get at the fairgrounds and fiestas when I was a kid.When trying to make churros with an icing bag and other 'wrong' utensils, I could never get the size and mix right. This gizmo is all you need, with a thick attachment to make the nice big fat ones!In operation, Churro maker is like a big pump with different attachments to let you make churros of differing diameters and shapes. You put your churro mix in the end and twist the plunger down and out gloops your mix straight into your hot pan.It can be quite stiff and difficult to turn but those golden churros are worth the wrist ache!

This has revolutionised my churros making. It is perfect for domestic churros making and is so easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic price for fantastic product. Drift away on the aroma. This is the second box I have bought. Friends and family pinched most of the first box. Sheer bliss.

Love it! it does what it says on the tin. Don't think about it and get it. You won't regret it.
