COLOR WOW Root Cover Up

This product is very good and have used it for years. I use dark brown and it is dark brown and covers grey hair very well. Even though I use the applicator provided to touch up roots on larger areas, you can easily use a smaller thinner brush tool for your temples and even your eyebrows. It works really well for eyebrows with no smudging, using it lightly and to fill unless you want a thicker heavier look, the choice is yours. Easy to remove and reapply if you go wrong too. Will stay on until washed off.

Just arrived and I’ve done a patch test and colour red matches perfect for my ginger (coloured) hair and gave good coverage. This will be perfect for my holiday to hide grey as regrowth comes through - can’t wait to use to see how it lasts

So uselessDoes nothing.If I could give it zero stars then I would !Had a bad dye job and wanted to add some blonde highlights here and there.Honestly did nothing at all.And so expensive !I had actually cancelled the order but it arrived anyway. I thought ‘ok I’ll give it a go now it’s here’.Really wish I hadn’t.What a total waste of money.

I bought one of these 3 years ago and it was fantastic. It spread really easily and consequently has lasted me about 3 years! But now it was time for a new one so I bought the product again, same dark brown colour. This time, I noticed that the powder is not as powdery as it used to be so it does not spread as easily. It ends up being quite a lot more work to get the same coverage. Also, you have to use a lot more of the product so I can already see that it will not last as long as the last one. All in all, it is not as effective but probably still one of the better options for temporary coverage on the market, so for now I will continue using it.However, i do wonder whether a matt brown powder eyeshadow might do the same job for a lot cheaper than this Wow root cover up. I think I will try this out!

Brilliant product.

I originally bought this for root touch ups, but now use it on my greying eyebrows as well. It’s easy to use and works brilliantly if you tap the small end of the brush very very lightly on the block of colour, pick up a tiny amount and apply to eyebrow(s). I then brush the eyebrow(s) with an eyebrow brush to work in the powder (the kind that has a little comb for eyelashes the other side - very cheap at Boots). Might want to try it on the back of your hand first. Older women should not make their eyebrows too dark as shows up fine lines and that’s really ageing! I am a warm blond with discreet highlights and use light brown. If I accidentally apply too much I wipe the eyebrow over with a tissue to disperse it. Beauticians often dye eyebrows too dark, and it’s a disaster as you’re stuck with it for weeks. This is more work, but the result is worth it! Highly recommend.

Good colour match however Doesn’t cover greys and I don’t think it lasts long.

Been using this for several years now - great results covering grey at hairline.
