Excellant customer service.
My lovely bowls arrived next day. Sadly 3 were broken in transit. I contacted Rinkit straight away who without hesitation are sending out replacements This was an unfortunate incident as the bowls are lovely. We'll done for excellent customer service. Would certainly buy again.

Lovely bowls, great service
Bowls are really pretty and good quality and the customer service is fantastic. I ordered a second set and there were problems with the delivery, but the customer service team responded immediately and arranged for replacements to be delivered super quick. Couldn't fault product or service at all and would definitely recommend.

Nice but look like ‘seconds’
They are nice but as others have said the pattern on some seems a bit off, making them look like ‘seconds’. One bowl has dark parts and faded parts and gap as per pic.
