Directions

Follow the plan of taking one teabag when needed. Pour boiled water over 1 teabag in a mug. Infuse for 3 mins, stir briskly, remove teabag and drink when cool enough. Add a sweetener of your choice if you wish. You can use up to two Crave Buster teabags per day.
