Velvet but thin. Is not wide so don’t count on any warmth.

Okay, but the photo of the product made the hood look larger and the material was not as heavy as it looked in the promo photo.

This cape was perfect for what I wanted - it's indeed thin and light, as other reviews have mentioned. I added it to a vampire costume, and didn't want a full-on 'cloak'. Previously I ordered another cape that was super high-quality, but was sooo heavy, it was bulky and burdensome. This was great, and I got multiple compliments. Looked good and I barely noticed I had it on. I'm 5'11", and it reached all the way to the floor. Also, the hood is indeed more ornamental than functional. If you're looking for a big baggy hood to pull up, this isn't it.

Disappointed. Cape is small so looks tight on me (I’m 5’6 size L), hood is small and pointy not large are round as pictured. Sting is not small not pretty ribbon. I ordered this one specifically for the large round hood but nope not what I got. Material is also very think almost see through.

If you don’t need this cape to wrap around you then it’s fine. It’s very narrow however and does not even go around the shoulders of a child

Great fit and can be a one size fits most. Also I am 5'3 and I had some length
