I’ve tried a few neck pillows before, but this one is by far the most comfortable. The support is perfect—firm enough to keep my neck from tilting, but soft enough to actually relax on long flights. The material feels nice against the skin, and I love that it doesn’t lose its shape after use. Lightweight, easy to pack, and the blue color looks great. Honestly, it made traveling so much easier and I’ll never fly without it again!

So comfortable! I tried many different neck pillows at all price points for an international flight and this one was by far the best. Easy to move around to different positions and the material is incredible soft and squishy yet very supportive. Highly recommend. Incredible value.

The BUYUE travel neck pillow is a great companion for long flights. The 360° support keeps my head in a comfortable position, preventing neck strain. The material is soft and breathable, avoiding overheating. Plus, the included 3D contoured eye mask is a nice bonus for better rest.I’m giving it 4 stars because, while very comfortable, I wish it were slightly firmer for better support. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for frequent travelers.

Really comfortable neck pillow that I will actually use on a plane. Fully adjustable for head movement and soft, but not too soft. Packs well. Not too hot, priced right. I’ve tossed others, but I’m keeping this one.

The Neck Pillow has a soft, comfortable exterior and is easy to pack, but unfortunately, it didn’t work well for me. While the material was cozy, the pillow was overly bulky and didn’t provide enough support to keep my head stable while sleeping. It kept loosening, leaving my neck unsupported, which defeated the purpose. By the time of my return flight, I chose not to use it at all.

Product worked well for me. My head was comfortably supported and I was able to sleep (I usually am unable to sleep on planes). It was easy to put on and I moved it into a comfortable and supportive position for me. Loved it!

The eye mask and earplugs were such a thoughtful addition and really completed the set for travel. I’ve gone through quite a few neck pillows over the years, but this one truly impressed me; it’s supportive, comfortable, and clearly designed with care. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone preparing for a long flight.

Initially, I received what looked like a returned item (1 star withheld for this inconvenience). However, I initiated, without issue, a return and replace with Amazon and a day and a half later I received a new pillow.The pillow itself is of a super soft material on the outside and not too firm memory foam on the inside. It holds its shape when placed around the neck and will fit plus sized persons as well without issue. It comes with a black drawstring bag for storage but also has a snap strap attached to the pillow itself for ease when travelling if you don’t want to travel with the drawstring bag (NB - the snap strap started fraying upon first use, the rest of the pillow stood up fairly well to international travel however).It also comes with a pair of single use earplugs and an ok eye mask. It’s a decent size all around and felt quite comfortable without feeling like it was trying to smother or choke me. It also feels and looks to be a well made, quality product and value for money, but only time will really tell if it holds up to the true rigours of travel.
