really fantastic little tool to have when packing and moving! Fits standard brown tape I bought from B&Q.

Bought for house-moving packing. It does work. But there are some things to know. Firstly jhen we tried to use with the relatively thick tape provided by our removal company that counter-intuitively the tape kept breaking. The reason seemed to be that the tape came off the reel too reluctantly with the result that you had to use quite a lot of force. I bought cheaper, thinner, tape off Amazon and it works fine. However, because the end of the tape just sits there where the serrated edge cuts it, the first bit of tape tends not to be very sticky so I find myself having to press it down a bit before carrying on. The tape then goes on easily enough and cuts earily enough once you have the technique. But you will find yourself pressing the tape down afterwards so that it sticks to the whole length. I also tend to put on two lengths as the tape is thinner! You will also find that the finished job does not look as neat as if you had done it by hand with wrinkles in the tape and so on. It works, it does save time especially if you have a lot of boxes to seal and it is cheap. It's useful but don't use it if you are looking for a professional finish or if you want to use high quality tape.

Baught this as I've been doing a lot of packing ahead of moving. I bought this to hopefully make my life easier rather than tape and scissors. And this has done that job. It's easy to load with tape and only took a couple goes to get the right technique to tape and tear. Simple devise that feels solid to use with the mix of plastic and metal material. And for the price is great value.

Used it to move and a few things since then. It's handy and it works.

Doesn’t hold tape on reel very well, kept falling off when trying to use.

After using it for around 30 boxes and around 100 items wrapped in bubble wrap, I can say that it is good product. If you use it slowly and at angle as the tape cutter is very sharp, it is easy to use and work with.

Purchased to help pack a house for moving. This definitely got put through the paces and held up well. Simple to set up and use. Works great with 100m Basics tape.

It was a good deal and worked well. Only drawback was it had to be used straight up and down or the tape slides off the wheel at the cutter.
