I was hesitant to buy this. I had already bought new furniture to replace the old when I decided to give this a try. I read about using it and was skeptical yet when I tried it it was easy and worked great. To use it you take the old strap and measure it- cut to the same size and then dunk it in water that was boiled. The water softens the vinyl and after drilling a hole in each end it is easy to stretch it and wrap it on the chair. Remember to purchase the pegs which are needed to anchor it into the chair.

Ordered the 1.5 inch webbing in hunter green with the goal to replace webbing on my patio chairs. Package arrived timely, materials seem to be quality. Unfortunately, this product seems to be geared toward chairs with rivet type attachments. My chairs do not have rivets; rather, they have notches cut into the vinyl webbing. Creating notches proved to be more skill than I possess. The materials do not come with return instructions, so although the product appears to be quality, it was not useful to me and I'm stuck with it....thus the 3 stars.

Had some patio chairs that we have had for over 20yrs. Straps started breaking. Found how to repair on Youtube. Very easy to fix. Bought the strapping from Amazon. Chairs look brand new.

We purchased this item to repair web strapping damaged as the result of a hail storm. Took a little effort to replace the damaged straps, but final result was very satisfactory and it allowed us to keep an otherwise undamaged patio furniture set.

I like the fact that, for a set of patio furniture more than 30 years old, I found that the straps fit perfectly, are strong and felt very comfortable when I sat on it.

Very easy to install as long as it was immersed in 200 degree water before attempting to stretch it.
