Hasta ahorita funcionan muy bien, la instalación nada complicada con Android, mi celular captó la serie sin problema, el único punto es que el control después del eliminador se calienta un poco pero todo funciona a la perfección, llegaron antes de tiempo.

Mi pino luce hermoso, no le hace falta nada con las puras luces se ve perfecto. No batalle nada para configurarlas solo necesitas una buena conexión a Internet. Están caras pero si lo valen.

Look, it's complicated. The tech and results can be amazing.We just discovered that the 600 light Strings that we bought can't sync with the other 600 light Strings that we bought. Turns out there are "RGB" and "RGB-W" variants (in addition to the generation 1 and generation 2 variants also named Strings, I guess).So here we are at family tree decoration day, having paid over $400 for great lights for our great 12 foot tree and it's not great at all. It's a family fight, knashing of teeth. Cool (not). Family is in town only for the weekend so getting replacements shipped next week doesn't help.Twinkly needs to fix the branding to clarify the situation to truly delight customers.

Had high hopes for these lights as they are a big investment. Bought RGB+W strings and liked them and saw black Friday sale on RGB only string and bought those next and put them both on the same tree. Set them up on app but cannot join both strings into a group to be teated as one set of lights!! How stupid is that? The LED "profile" has to be the same i.e all RGB or all RGB+W. This is beyond dumb. The software can just as easily turn off the "+w" part of the RGB+w if they are being joined in a group. Its even more stupid that its not just "JOIN", you cant use "SYNC" or "AREA" either. Moronic. buy al lRGB or all RGB+w. The least they could have done is splashed this incompatibility across all their product pages, instead of having to did through tutorials on the support site - this is knowledge you need pre-purchase, not post.

I bought this product a week ago and set it up last night on the tree. Before putting it up in the tree, I tested it a couple of times, and seem to work as it should--I plugged it in, and it lit up. It was lit and blinking its normal colors while placed on the tree.The problem started about an hour after the installation, just as my wife and I marveled at the lights and the ability to customize the effects.First, the lights froze. Figuring it was a WiFi connection problem in a more remote area of the living room, I unplugged, waited 30 seconds, and plugged the light back in. The light didn't come back on right away. Tried unplugging it, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging the light back in, and it seemed to have reset.Another hour into the operation, the same issue occurred. I unplugged, waited, and plugged it back in to restart the lights.This repeatedly occurred until the lights froze at one point--probably 3-4 hours into continuous operation--I attempted to reset the lights by unplugging but did not work this time. So I tried other outlets around the living room, to no avail. At this point, I tried the full reset by pressing the controller button, but the lights would not turn on.After multiple attempts at resetting by pressing the controller button, I gave up and asked for a full refund from Amazon.I bought another set from Twinkly's website, hoping it will work. We will see in a few days if the extra $40 I spent to buy the product will be worth the pain.As of now, I'm very disappointed in the product. It's great when it's working but it didn't work for long before it seemingly just blew out.
