I did extensive research and landed on this chair which is more beautiful than pictured. The leather and overall seating is cozy and comfortable. All of the functions work great (massager, heater, lifting, etc.) and best of all the assembly was a cinch, seriously! If you can connect a puzzle piece, you can assemble this chair yourself and I am not a do-it-yourselfer!Final point, the seller has been excellent and proactive in communicating delivery and service expectations. The chair actually arrived early as well which was awesome! I am so pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend this seller if you are in the market for a power-lift recliner chair.

originally wrote a poor review, more me venting steam rather than any problems with the company or the chair. I do apologize to Liesland company for my comments. The problem was not with the chair but with the intended recipient (sister), she didn't like it because she is so short her feet wouldn't touch the floor when she was in it. So I gave it to my son (71 y/o) who has a bad back and he loves it, good back support, and with its power features no strain to use it. Plus the heat and massage features are great. Liesland company went out of its way to work with me to assure I was satisfied in every way.

Seems like a great chair. It's comfortable, but being new It's a little stiff. Sure it will soften up a little as it wears. Was easy to assemble, took me about 1/2hr to unbox and put it together. Would recommend.

I bought this chair for my disabled wife. After two weeks she gave up and went back to the old chair. I tried using it for a couple of months and finally gave up. I'm also tall and this chair is very uncomfortable.The controls work great. Love the massage functions and the USB port. I think it might work well for the average sized person.

My sons ordered this chair for me due to an upcoming surgery. The delivery date was going to be on the day of my surgery and I emailed the company and asked them if they could ship the chair earlier. They emailed me back immediately and ensured the chair would be sent out quickly. The chair arrived four days later, it was very easy to put together and works great! The company even emailed me again to ensure that the chair was delivered and in working order.

With all new recliners they take a while to get ones backside imprinted into the seat. So giving this recliner a positive comfort level will take timeThe measurement specs should be modified to 5'8" and 250lb capacity recommend. At 5'9.5" I'm above the top of the chair in upright position. At 220 lbs I'm filling out the seat cushion. The motors and mechanisms may be able to handle 330lbs but the seat would need to be greased up to get 330lbs into it.The craftsmanship is quite nice but completing set up requires a helper to insure no accidental damage to the leather does no happen. The seat back requires a balancing act to properly mount it to the seat.The electrical connections have been thought out well and a snap to connect. The chair a bit slow when changing positions. Vibration and heat modes are adequate. The USB port is a nice plus.The price is within reasonable limits when compared to similar chairsAll things considered I recommend this chair. If you are 6' or more you probably will need a bigger chair

The chair was obviously returned to them before. The foot rest wouldn't come up far at all,legs slanted 30 degrees down. The frame was bent. Plain and simple.I called a few times to discuss this situation. They never returned my calls. So couldn't afford to ship it back, so here I am foot rest held up my a kitchen chair, the motions were so slower than normal lift chairs. MACY'S won't take the hit ither. Do no buy from them. Very unhappy. Bought it for recovery from hip replacement, and really didn't need this problem.

Chair positions are arranged by hard wired hand controls. Heating and massage selections are obvious on the hand control faces and work well.
