Make your lights smarter with the SM311 dimmer switch. The SM311 is a classic looking rotary dimmer with an innovative AC phase cut phase cut zigbee functionality for smoother dimming control. The SM311 dimmer is designed for 100-240V AC input and output, 1-channel and 400W max output. The innovative minimum brightness setting allows the user to adjust a minimum permitted brightness and increase the brightness continuously to 100%. The SM311 dimmer is widely compatible with many 3.0 gateways. It is controllable from your gateway interface or remote controls that can be added to the network and connected to the dimmer.
The SM311 dimmer switch can be used with max. 30 remote controls that support light links through the touch link. Also supports the new eco-friendly function and can be connected and controlled directly with up to 20 of these remote controls without hub or gateway.

Installation method:

1. Wire the switch as shown in the diagram and place the device as close to your hub during setup.
2. Press the reset button 5 times to reset the switch and start the touchlink connection. If you do not intend to reset the switch, press the button 4 times to only start the connection.
3. For Echo Studio / Echo Plus / Echo Show of the 2nd Generation, ask Alexa to connect the new devices. Philips Hue: add a new light through the settings ->light setup.
4. All other compatible Zigbee hubs: follow the instructions of the hub to add new devices.

If the dimmer does not connect to your compatible hub. Make sure the dimmer has not been added to the ZigBee Hub / Alexa / Hue app before you repeat the first process again. If the dimmer is already in the device list, remove it first. For an example setup video, please visit our website
