Pulled it out connected it mapped the buttons my little cousin played on it for 30 minutes and then the buttons like unmapped and stopped working

This works pretty well for what I needed. After opening the package and installing the mod and paddles, they felt clicky and registered every click HOWEVER the left paddle was very loose and wobbly. This didn’t affect much of the function but it was quite annoying because it sat lower than the other paddle. Enter: duct tape. I used a small piece to secure the wobbly paddle and now it feels basically the same as the other one. I put a piece of duct tape on the right to match it just because lol.Overall, very good way of adding a couple paddles, especially if you only need the paddles sometimes since you can easily remove the mod and go back to normal whenever needed. I give the wobbly paddle a pass given that this is made in China and pretty inexpensive.Edit 1: About 2 weeks into use, still working perfectly fine and with the same responsiveness. This has seriously helped my gameplay in Apex! I use this on a controller which I’ve kept it on since getting it, just connecting via USB-C whenever needed. I’ve noticed a couple times where it seems the controller acted funny, but it was only after idling for a long time and reconnecting the controller. Simply unplugging and plugging back in has returned it to proper function, and if I just unplug it before going idle and reconnect it this doesn’t happen so I made it a habit to do that. We’ll see how much more use I can get.Edit 2: Still working just fine! Also some important info, I’ve identified the problem with the controller “acting funny”, and it’s actually just that the mod will only work once you plug it in WITH THE CONSOLE ALREADY ON. So for example, if you turn your Xbox off and keep the mod on your controller with it connected, the mod will not work until you disconnect and reconnect it. But past that, it still works and feels amazing! The paddles are still nice and clicky and extremely responsive, and at this point I use it pretty much everytime I play and I play a lot. Goin back to my normal controller doesn’t feel right, which shows you how comfortable Ive gotten with these. My duct tape job might need some replacing in the next couple months but so far it’s fine, still the same two small strips I put on the paddles months ago. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase! At this point I will only update this review whenever it breaks!
