I purchased the Venetian 500ML in January of 2023 and am currently writing this review in July of 2024. I'm not one to typically write reviews but I felt as though I was taking a bit of gamble when I first bought this diffuser because there weren't many reviews and it seemed as though opinions on it were a bit mixed.I had one issue with my machine shortly after purchasing it but I reached out to Three Drops of Life and they were quick to respond and help. Since then it has been smooth sailing with this machine. It does an amazing job at dispersing scent throughout my home. I do not have it mounted by my HVAC. I wasn't sure how great that would work out since my AC does not run non-stop, but cuts on/off throughout the day. I simply have it placed it in a central location in my home and that seems to work just fine.I will say I do clean my machine regularly as instructed in the manual. This was an investment for me considering the price so I try to do my best to maintain it as it should be to prolong it's lifespan. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and am happy with the customer service I received from Three Drops of Life.

I bought this machine as a gift for my husband's office.It worked fine the first 2 week, then start malfunctioning and after that we could never make it work again.Terrible quality, I wish someone would have warned me before I bought it. It feels the worst knowing that more than $300 went straight to the trash.Do not buy it!***************************************a month after sibmitting this review , I still dont know what to do with the machine , or if there is a service center I can go to for maintenance.

I bought this on October 19th 2019 and am very happy with my machine. It's a heavy, solid, and durable machine and it works very well. I bought this for my Airbnb rental I have in the basement of my townhouse and connected it directly into my HVAC system, which by the way, was very easy to do. All you have to do is match the drill bit size to the size of the diffuser hose, drill a single hole into your hvac chute (closest to the hvac machine as possible) and the scent sprays through the tube and into your HVAC system. The smell I purchased for this was "November Rain" by Aroma Tech... it's the same smell that Marriott uses for their hotels and guests LOVE it. I can even smell a bit of it seeping up through the floors into my main part of the townhouse.The machine is programmable to be set on a timer/schedule and you can also program the intensity of the scent.So I give this machine an A plus!Note: If you want to use the machine alone without the HVAC connection and set it out into an open area like your living room, you will possibly hear the machine emitting the oil. My reccommendation is to put it in a corner of a room where the noise may not bother you or put it into your HVAC closet and you'll never hear it running.

Let me preface this review by acknowledging the fact that It's difficult to judge a product listed on Amazon without a decent baseline of reviews. It's also easy to get fooled by marketplace sellers that either pay or otherwise incent buyers to leave 5 star reviews for their products in exchange for free products, discounts, etc..I spent a lot of time researching a diffuser that I could install into my home HVAC system and my main criteria was it had to be capable of producing scent into my 4000sq ft living space adequately, and it had to be distributed and supported by a US-based company.This led me to the Venetian - Wall Mountable unit from ThreeDropsofLife. The unit arrived quickly and was packaged well. All items were included for proper operation and despite a minor glitch on the first trial run, this unit can MORE than accomodate my home with scent at 30% strength. I actually backed it down to 25% and have left it there ever since.. It's easy to program and has consistently operated on the exact schedule i programmed for the last week and a half.Back to the minor glitch and why I felt compelled to write this review. The level of service i received from Jeff at ThreeDropsofLife is exactly why I only choose products supported and distributed in the US. Jeff responded to my email with 30 minutes on a Saturday and we set up a time for a phone call to walk through my issue on Monday. Although an offer was made to replace my unit with a new one right away, I chose to make a small adjustment on my own, with his blessing, and the problem was solved and it's been flawless ever since.I highly recommend this unit if you're looking for a high quality and powerful standalone OR HVAC installed scent diffuser but more importantly recommend ThreeDropsofLife.

I purchased the diffuser in 2020 and installed it on my HVAC in less than an hour. Every time, I think that I bought my diffuser from a company that sells water bottles, and their name is "Three Drops of Life."I am amazed that the device has been functioning continuously for the past three years. The only improvement I would suggest is updating the ancient programming system, particularly considering the high cost of the product. Nonetheless, the nebulizer, motor, and other crucial components have proven decent quality.

I did not like it. It doesn’t work. I wasted my money.

At first it worked great. Aboht 8 months and it isn't working properly. Had hooked up to the hvac at first but moved it because it wasnt working well. Now its inside and a bit noisy and not giving off a strong scent any longer.

Thus diffuser is awesome! My house smells great. I am using it standalone at the moment so it fills my downstairs with fragrance. I will soon be hooking I up to hvac so that I can smell it all over the house. It's powerful so I have no doubt it will work to fill the whole house.
