Wiring is too complicated for the fan controller
Well after reading the manual, I had to call in a professional electrician and yet I was only able get it partially working as the fan does turn on and off through the app but the fan speed control (fan regulator) doesn't seem to work and this fan controller needs 3 switches just for 1 fan (s1 for operations and s2 for regulator and s3 is a 2 way switch for opting between automatic/ manual) i tried searching for an installation guide on the internet, the only thing i found in the box was a manual and that to a single page dedicated to wiring and one diagram, clearly it's not help full at all, i only bought this because I already have other devices in this ecosystem (Panasonic miraie)( AC, Geyser) well not recommend as a stand alone device, partnering with Anchor is definitely not working out for Panasonic as I had no issue with the other devices I have in miraie app. And after i bought it the price also went down 200rs. So i guess people are definitely staying clear from this product.

Now My Fan And Bulb Are Smart :-)
I am using from last two weeks and this device is functioning very nice with one bulb and one fan with Panasonic Miraie app and Google/Alexa.

Electrician Needed
Can you send a professional technician or else electrician for fixing this modules to my home become smarter from Panasonic side…

Worst of all products
Most of the time there are server response issues and hence you're unable to control through Alexa. If you wish to run the fan at full speed after it has been switched off previously at a lower speed, you first need to say and change the mode to manual and then give another command for speed change, very unprofessional and complete nonsense. Lastly, if for some reason you're out and power supply is cut and later restored (despite of having it over inverter by the way), the fan is turned on irrespective of previous setting. I was out of home for about 6 days, the fan was running when I returned. This device will make you pay more rather than saving on your pockets. Buy a Halonix kit instead, it's far better.

Defective product. Doesn't work
Bought 2. Both were defective. Never worked. I realised only after electrician tried installing it. But it's too late as the installation happened after return window closed. I suggest never buy electrical items on Amazon. Very high possibility of being defective.

value for money
very nice product, works as described... Good Connectivity with mobile app and Alexa... must buy this product if you have elder at home...

Slow response and not at all user friendly scheduler
Very laggay in responce with all Alexa, Google and app!! Didn't expect this from Panasonic!! My main usage was with scheduler which is very pathetic!! Wipro is lot better but with limited schedules!!
