Need both a headset that supports USB and 3.5 mm jack? This product solves the problem big-time. Inline jacks have been around for a long time, and so I have always preferred this type of jack because it works as soon as it's plugged in. However, for whatever reason, my new employer requires a USB jack for remote workers. USB has been around for a long time, but it is not 100% foolproof. When I went on Amazon to check out my options, I thought this product would solve the problem at a cost ($20) that is not above my pay grade. I did, however, have some doubts because usually, when something tries to do more than one function, something suffers. In this case, the product works equally well, whether you use the USB option or the default inline jack. The only part that confused me was how to set-up the USB mike function because, according to the Windows test result, it was only showing less than 10%. So I took it for a test drive by calling a friend through my Google Voice app, and he (also an IT professional like me) said the sound quality was excellent. I also wasn't too sure about the red cable, although red is my accent color. (I prefer grays and blacks.) But the red cable makes it easy to untangle it from all of the other cables that continue to haunt my workstation. I have a Bluetooth earbud as well, but it can oftentimes run out of battery life, usually at the worst possible moment. So I plugged this product into my Android phone which, thankfully, still has the option for plugging in a 3.5mm jack, and the sound quality is just as good, maybe better, than my Bluetooth earbuds. I won't know how well the noise-canceling feature will work until I use it in an urban street setting. Be aware, however, that since it is not designed for sound only, it does not have controls for sound volume, etc., normally found on other headsets. Although I would have preferred a product with only one earpiece (for use in my remote work), the headset is light enough. More importantly, the pressure from the earpieces is not too strong to make it uncomfortable. The piece over your head is also sturdy such that it can probably withstand a lot of falls and misuse. In other words, it's not flimsy. The product also came with a velvet-like bag you can use when carrying it around. I mean, like, wow! What a nice touch. I'm sure there are better products out there, but I don't think you can find anything better than this product for the price of $20. And if you don't like it, you can always return it. Yay for Amazon!

I have purchased so called fancier Logitech headphones that broke within a week A N D did not actually mute me when I clicked mute. Imagine working from home with your family at home and a customer actually hearing you yell "shut up I'm on a call!" Terrible. These are cheap and reliable, comfortable and hassle free, the cord is extra long which is so convenient since I am working from my laptop, on WIFI, and probably the best part of all, they MUTE you when they say MUTE. They're SO quiet I've had customer's say "are you there?" even though I wasn't muted and cocomelon was playing in the background. I'd buy these again and again.

It works pretty well for my job but it just randomly broke out of no where. A bit disappointed bc it did ease my ear from some pain from my other headset I have. It’s super long which was a plus for me. I’m able to mute and unmute myself easily

Our new kitten chewed thru my other wired headphones!! Such a sweet little boy!! These arrived quickly and are very comfortable. I’m on the phone for work about 8 hours and these don’t give me a headache.

So I work for a huge household brand name company, from home. One of the biggest portions of our metrics (grading) is that there is no noise in the background while we work. I happen to have a 70lb pitty that has a 300lb bark! Friday while during coaching my beast went on a rampage thanks to a Grubhub order my neighbor was having delivered. I asked my supervisor if she heard him and she said nope not at all, in fact I didn’t even know you had a dog and I’ve listened to all of your calls for the past 2 weeks. These things actually cancel out the noise and I can’t be more grateful! The old pair I had, claimed they did but I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had to say “unfortunately my office has a window and it‘s next to a kennel, sometimes the dogs bark near the fence line, I’m sorry for the interruption”. These are now my official go to headsets and I totally recommend them for anyone who works at home!! They’re super comfy and I also love that both ears have speakers! I hate the half headsets that stupid piece that lays on the side of your head rubs and sometimes causes a bump. Get these I’m telling you soooooo awesome and affordable!

The upsides to this item include extreme flexibility making for easy use and comfort. The downsides are a bit more severe in that the microphone doesnt seem to pick up well unless its very very close to your mouth, almost touching. Ive also found the thin layer of cushion on the ears arent shaped or fluffy enough to allow for comfortable wearing over long periods. A side note is that the control works well, however I feel the design is flawed when you consider the "on status light is Red and right under the on/off button for muting sound. They should have implemented a different color for the "on" status light, or put it in a different location. Preferably have the sound mute with an indicator light as well so that like the microphone, you can tell when its on/off.

Frustrating. The microphone cover was gone in a few weeks. Not great for commuting to and from work. I can hear fine but the microphone not so well. My coworkers can’t hear often. Or it goes in and out. The rubber on the cord cracked quickly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Product is valuable and super ANC. Almost 80% noise cancelled. At this price it's good rether than others products. But related to warranty seller should be update the details.
