I have been looking for a frame (50x32 in) for a long time! This was a perfect fit, easy to install, and looks great! The best part is that it was reasonably priced. I love the ease of the snap frame! Highly recommend!!

I've be looking for a quality frame for my old movie posters that were 27 x 41 and this was a perfect solution. I can't be more pleased with this purchase.

The frame was big enough to handle my massive poster. Loading the poster was a snap. Literally the sides pop up and snap down so you don't have to hassle with taking the back or front off to load it. The only downside is the frame is very flimsy by which I mean the back is not reinforced at all and if you pick it up you may feel like it's going to break on half. The metal portions are very solid and don't feel cheap.

It doesn't look cheap, feels like good quality. The same frame to build custom would have cost me 800$. What makes this affordable is the low cost plus Amazon free shipping. Best possible deal for a frame this size. Highly recommend.

Wanted a light-up poster! After spending about $40 on a decent frame from a local athome store, and then trying to upgrade the super thin plexi and trying to figure out a way to support the back I was overall unhappy with my DIY attempt. It was fine, except holding the poster in with an opaque back for the light box I built. This is what led me to this frame. It was a tough pill to swallow spending what seemed like SO much more for similar results...It’s worth the money.For a light box, After thinking about a standard frame, consider how to support the back... a sheet of plexi in this size (27x40) is non-standard and will run the price of the cheaper frame easily. (If you are not back-lighting, this is not an issue.) Now, typically you will need to hinge it with a piano hinge. Now you need to keep it from swinging open- so best get a magnetic latch. Finally got it built, working, and sorted? Now you have to load a poster...If you plan to switch the poster out semi-regularly, this poster frame really shines. The DIY version I mentioned worked, but I was endlessly fiddling with getting it right- and without great support from behind it was always a bit floppy. The “snap” way you load is why this is worth the dough. I don’t have any REALLY expensive posters, but even a casual collector will have spent some money on them, and this frame helps keep the poster flat and corners fresh. Because the frame opens, your light box doesn’t need a hinge! This makes the project something you could do with VERY basic tools. You mount by screwing through the back side of the frame with it open, so make a box that size, add lights, done.So why not 5 stars? My frame had a dent... Amazon is always great, and I know I could even return, but I will live with it. Box seemed good, so Q.C. Issue?2 more things to know- the opaque back is quite opaque- so in my example I am going to add an additional LED strip. (3 total of the 5630 super bright LEDs.) AND mine came with both a glossy cover and a nonglare cover, a very nice touch. These are thin however, you will get some flex, so don’t expect it to look like glass.Overall- recommend!

I can say these SnapeZo Movie Poster Frames are excellent items, however they are shipped in boxes which lend themselves to damage from the shippers. My Wife and I recently built out a theater room and needed an affordable way to frame out some old movie posters we picked up at flea markets. These worked superbly, and they allow posters to be switched out easily from time to time. The shipping boxes however are thin, and lend themselves to allowing the frames to be damaged. We ordered a series of these frames, and 20% arrived with minor damage, 1 was lost and replaced by Amazon, and the damage was easily repaired but was annoying. These should be double boxed to safeguard the translucent backing from being pulled loose (small flat screwdriver can fix with patience), and preventing scratches on the metal exterior framing (that was easily fixed with a Sharpie...). I'd of given the product a 5 Star rating if the shipping was better. Overall, this is a great product, but it needs to be better packaged for shipping to customers. Amazon was responsive in dealing with the lost frame and it was replaced within 2 days. We would order these again for this purpose if we needed additional frames. In the photos the large (27 x 41) poster frames are the SnapeZo, Michaels can provide the smaller black frames economically.

First, let me say I was extremely satisfied with this frame! It's a perfect, reasonably priced solution for framing your more valuable one sheet movie posters. Construction and materials are good, and it's easy to install.The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the silly/stupid/annoying decision to include the much preferred non-reflective UV protective poster cover and the display-useless shiny, reflective poster cover. No one spending this much for a better quality pre-made frame for their valuable posters wants the annoyingly shiny and non-protective poster cover. The MFG sells this in two versions, so you definitely want the more expensive one that comes with the UV, non-glare cover. Note to MFG: How about dropping the shiny cover and lowering the price for manufacturing, shipping and the consumer??? Including both with the higher priced version makes no sense - know your clientele!Installation was a snap. I only used two of the supplied Molly bolts for the top holes, and it was more than secure. I saw no need to complicate the installation by using all of the Molly bolts (it would have been an alignment nightmare, but your needs may require using all the mounting bolts). I would absolutely buy this product again!
