FootSmart Bunion Support Women's Crew Sock, White, Women's 6-10

I've tried many of the 'toe spacer' products, and a few of the braces for bunion relief. Some didn't work for me -- I need something that is the full length of your toe, not just a small piece of round silicone. The brace hurts and I could never tolerate it for very long. The toe spacers that have 5 holes to put all you toes through I could only tolerate sitting down. I wanted something I could wear all day, walk in comfortably, and that didn't fall out of position. This is the first product I've found that works for me. I got them two days ago, and wore them all day long both days. No discomfort at all. VERY, very satisfied with this purchase.

I agree with a previous reviewer; the socks tend to push the remaining toes away rather than the great toe out, as was advertised. Further, the socks had a tight ridge in the center, like an arch support, which was so tight it cut off my circulation. (I am average sized.) The rest of the sock was tight as well. The only benefit I can say about these socks, assuming the owner is skinny, is that they do separate the great toe from the remaining toes, which could be helpful if the wearer had an overlap problem, which I do not. Other than that, I would give it one star.

These comfortable socks have really helped relieve my pain. I tried the toe spacers and they hurt my feet. I use these at night either while sleeping or just when watching tv, and they give me much-needed relief. Note that these are rather thick socks; I don't know if they would fit in my shoes without sizing up, but they are great for lounging around the house or sleeping. I've bought two pairs!

Oddly, the seam that separates the big toe from the others was put smack dab in the middle of the toe area. Now I don't know about you, but my big toe is not the same size as the four other toes. So these socks are not comfortable to me. At first I thought that I'd just wear them at night anyway, but they are quite tight. They need to have two sizes of these. One size does not fit all.

The customer service - delivery, communication, etc. - was fine. The socks, sadly, are a big disappointment. The wedge between the toes is too hard. I wore the socks for about an hour & was in pain. In just that hour, the elastic around the top had begun to unravel. Would not recommend to anyone with foot problems.

I wear these all the time. A little hard to get used to, but after time you do. My bunion is not a bad one, thank God, but I think these socks help...along with my wide toe box tennis shoes. Only gave 4 stars because they just aren't as comfy as regular socks, but I still find them worth it.

Ever since I had to have a cortisone shot due to the narrowing of bones between my big toe and first toe (bunions for years and now hammer toes), I have had to use spacers both night and day. The socks give me the space I need without the displacement of the spacer as I sleep. They are also warm and very comfortable, and provide support around the foot and at the bunion area. They also work fine in sneakers.

I have bunions and bought these. Do not follow my example. They were extremely uncomfortable and for a sock claiming to fit size 6-10, I'll tell you I had a heck of a time stuffing my size 8 foot into it. And the weird toe divider thingy just made things worse.These socks are now used as dust cloths since there's no other use for them.
