Couldn't take a picture of it but it's worked perfectly for the coffee maker. It makes coffee as good as new. I purchased it because the original ring ripped off and so the coffee was falling inside the coffee maker. After purchasing purchased the ring, no more leaks. Totally value for the money.

Seems a little pricey for a single O-ring but it works great. I thought I’d save some money by buying an off-brand cheaper o-ring but that didn’t work out very well. Then I bought this genuine Saeco replacement o-ring and it’s perfect.

Well, other than it's very expensive for an O ring, it is the perfect repair item for a Saeco Superautomatic and a heck of a lot cheaper than a repair shop. My Incanto Sirius has been going strong for 12+ years and while cleaning I noticed the washer was falling to pieces....probably not far from complete failure (no wonder it seemed to be leaking). Anyway, this was the easiest 30 second repair ever. Only issue was it came in a tiny plastic envelope tucked inside another Amazon order and it was so invisible I accidentally threw it away with the packing materials and had to reorder another one. Which made the end result twice as expensive. We'll call that user error or possibly an opportunity for Amazon to pack things a little better.....putting it in it's own envelope would have made it less likely to be overlooked. Regardless, ready to go with the Saeco, it has a new lease on life.

Other than the cost for a Single O-Ring, very satisfied with the product, i.e., it resolved the leaking in our Gaggia Titanium Espresso Machine. Key points: - Price - way over priced. At most this product should not cost ~$6. It should be 1/4-1/2 the sold price. - Quality - good. - Fit - Perfect. - Delivery / Arrival - Delivered on schedule. Would I recommend - yes if you want an OEM product otherwise the buyer could find a compatible product for 1/4 of the cost. Good luck.

Our Saeco Intenza espresso machine’s rubber ring had to be replaced and this was a perfect fit! Our Espresso Maker is grinding beans and pressing out coffee perfectly again! BTW we’ve had our Saeco machine for 10+ years and still absolutely love it!!
