I bought this as a gift for a baddass and very seasoned Harley owner. Very nice addition to his already impressive bike. It gives it an even more tough image that says yes it’s a riding bell. BUT, mess with my bike and I’ll be ringing YOUR bell.

When we bought our new Harley the dealership gave us a gift box with several items and one was a guardian bell. However, figuring out how to put it on your bike is not easy because of where your supposed to place it. I used a black zip tie but didn't like that and was concerned it might not last. I have heard of road gremlins yanking them off. So I went in search of something more secure. I fell in love with this skull hanger. My girlfriend liked it as well and bought one for their bike. Putting it on is not that easy but it is not the fault of the product or the design, its the bike which is why I didn't ding this product a star :). Putting it on where it needed to go meant laying on the ground in crazy positions but its on and we love it.

Very nice mount...no problem finding a bolt to mount it to.

I bought this for my husband as a replacement. He hit a deer and this bent under the bike and the bell is gone. I bought him a little replacement bell as well. He managed to "drive thru" the deer who was killed instantly, went airborne 3 feet and landed on both wheels. He did about $3000 damage to a $30,000+ motorcycle and was not injured other than sore muscles. I have to believe that between this little skull and the bell keeping the "gremlins" away (and the good Lord himself) that these things helped him to stay alive. This really looks cool on the Harley and when you ride a Harley - you want to look COOL! :)
