I bought these capsules for travel since they would be easier to transport, but I would suggest buying the powder for everyday use. The powder I have from Naked Creatine dissolves immediately into water and you cannot even taste it.I have three reasons why I prefer the powder. The first is that the Bulk Supplements capsules are very large and you need to take seven for a full serving. As someone who usually has no problem with pills, these were a bit difficult to swallow. Second off, these capsules made me nauseous, but the powdered form doesn't. Lastly, the capsules are far more expensive. One serving of these capsules is $0.63, whereas one serving of Naked Creatine is around $0.18.

Avoid this if you have a sensitive stomach. It gave me the worst cramps I’ve ever experienced in my life. It took about 3 days of not taking this to finally feel normal again. I’m sure the product works great for others but if you have any sensitivity with your stomach then it might be best to try a different type of creatine. As for the positives, it is easy to take and the value is great for the amount you get and the capsules don’t have any sort of bad taste.

I usually order the powder but the capsules are better for travel. Mental clarity and energy are always there with creatine. Love these and will order again.
