Super sharp. LOVE these little knives! Would definitely buy again!!

Ok Shun they aren’t but sometimes you can just get stuff done with an everyday tool you don’t have to worry about. They are swell to have in the butcher knife block as extra tools and you can leave them outside & not feel guilty. I’ll have one in the garage by the trash cans to help break down boxes; the wife will use one as a letter opener on her desk; and we have a lot left in the drawer to replace them whenever they get lost…I’ve seen no problems others have pointed out.

These are great little knives. I have much better knives for meal prep but when cutting a singular piece of fruit or doing something small, I like to have something I can just throw in the dishwasher. These do the job very well and have held up well for years (with some slight discoloration on the metal). The bigger issue is that they can get lost because they are so small. I certainly have a lot less than 12 from my original set but ordered two more because I get a lot of use out of them.

I love good pearing knives and these are incredible knives sharp easy to handle great sharpness easy to handle incredibly well made durable cuts up then little things absolutely perfect unbelievable quality and I like the color bright and easy to see my knives always seem to walk away I have plenty for now if I can keep them in my drawers.
