What helps with bone health? This Supplement with Vitamin A, D, and K. I've been taking this product for about a month now, however, I'm not really sure if it's working, as I don't really feel any different. I haven't had blood testing yet to verify it's effectiveness. On the same token, I haven't had any adverse effects since starting it.

I like that this vitamin D3 has vitamin k in it. I have only taken it for a couple of weeks but my blood test showed a definite increase in vitamin d3.I would recommend it.

I bought this over my typical ADK because it was a little bit cheaper. I'm not sure how to tell how effective it is, but I don't feel any better or worse than while on the other brand. I plan on buying this again to continue the evaluation. I find the capsule to be pleasant to take with no difficulty whatsoever.

These are fat soluble vitamins so it would be best to consume these with a meal that contains some fat or oil. The capsules are made with vegetable cellulose and vegetarian leucine. This is a pretty decent formula, although I would avoid using this form of vitamin A unless you truly need it, as this isn't the natural beta carotene vitamin A that your body converts into another usable form if needed, so the retinyl palmitate form can be toxic in overdose. For bone health the vitamin D and K combination is vital since those combine with magnesium to help ensure your body uses calcium properly.
