I have a waist trainer I’ve had for years that works great… but it’s got nothing on this one. It helps with back support, and has already brought my waist down an inch in only a couple of weeks… BUT I wear it everyday for 6-8 hours and it’s uncomfortable to get used to but the trainer itself is incredibly comfortable, stays in place, and is super adjustable. It’s a little bulky for under clothes but GREAT for workouts. Overall very happy with my purchase!

Love it! I'm 5'10 with a inverted triangle shape. I was long enough in the torso and it is made very well. I'm long torsoed so that should also give an idea into the fit. Definitely worth the money. FYI...I purchased a 2X and I normally wear a Large.

This waist trainer is really a game changer, I wear an XL but I bought size small because that’s how I’m gonna push myself and it’s gonna motivate me and get the shape im looking for.

It will make you sweat is the only downside. It felt super tight. Imagine pirates Caribbean scenario where she was not able to breathe. Works great
