Good for the price.
Had it for a good while now. Hasn’t broken yet, we like it. Took like 6 hours or something to assemble but the instructions were visual and obvious to me. Came with a few extra parts if needed which was nice. But I could still imagine someone with less experience struggling to assemble it, I just recommend really keeping track of the steps and don’t rush it. The material is not very hi quality to be honest. However, as long as you aren’t rough on this or whatever, it can last. We haven’t broken anything yet and use it regularly. From a distance, or from a passing visitor to your home it looks like it’s hi quality. It doesn’t look cheap, it looks good. You can’t really tell that it’s cheap until you actually use it. But, It is cheap. For instance we don’t use the extending fold out table ever because it obviously can’t support too much weight. That just stays folded closed. We don’t use the top as a cutting board ever, our knives would cut right through that stuff. Still, it looks really good and it works for extra kitchen storage really well. We do roll it around to move it with no issues. We put stuff on top of it and no issues. The spoon/ladel holder thing on the side is too low for me but whatever. I to like the paper towel holder, it works well and we always use that for our paper towels. For the price point I’m happy with this. That’s why I still gave 5 stars despite the lack of quality. I think we’ve had ours for like a year now so I waited for giving a review.

I love this Kitchen Island, I would highly recommend.
I love this Kitchen Island. It is big and taller than I was thinking but it is great. I have to say I was a bit intimidated by the assembly as I don't do carpentry etc. But I followed the directions step by step. I did have to use a power drill on some screws as I don't have the hand strength. I did have to have some help when putting the side on and flipping up. But I am so proud I did it! I love the quality seems really good and at a value. I love the soft close hinges on the cabinets. I love the thicker look of the butcher block. I love this and would recommend. I love the extra storage and it's easy to move around. Con: I don't know why they have white hinges for the support of the drop leaf black won't stand out on black. And the only negative on the butcher block is the ridge/cut pattern going all the way around. Things get stuck and hard to clean. But I use a pipe cleaner to clean it and that helps.

Better than expectations
I was hesitant to give this 5 stars only because we haven't owned it long enough to judge its durability. I did it anyway because I was the guy who put it together and barring an earthquake, I think this thing will last. It's very attractive and functional, and truly does not look like we only paid $200 for it. We use it as a bar because it fit in our nook perfectly. We were just looking for a low-cost temporary fix, but have decided were going to keep it. Assembly is about per usual, with no real surprises. As long as you plan out a few hours, follow the instructions in order, and take your time...you'll be fine. I'm very handy with tools, but I NEVER skip on these little projects or rush them. Most of the complaints you'll read about these things are actually user-error caused by misreading, not reading, or not following the instructions. Again, this is functional, nice looking, and inexpensive. It is bright white though, so keep that in mind when making your purchase. We took a leap of faith on ordering something like this sight unseen, but at $200 it was a small leap for sure. So far, we're pleasantly surprised.

Worth the Money... Barely
Folding table extension broke and fell off table and crashed to the floor. Luckily not hurting anyone or our pets. Extension held in place with small screws ripped out of the particle board. Reattached the extension with nuts and bolts. Nuts and bolts should have been supplied in the first place.

A great addition with a ton of storage!
This was so much fun for us to put together! Don’t let the instructions intimidate you. I just love how it turned out!

Very nice island
I love my new kitchen island. It's a little taller than I expected but I'm happy with it. My husband said it was pretty easy to put together. It looks nice and feels sturdy. The only issue I had was that one of the locking wheels won't lock. It's not a problem though. It stays in place with one wheel locked. It has a thicker top on it and the folding top is very easy to lift or drop.

Poorly designed
I assembled this on August 1, 2023. It did take awhile. The backside where the drop down leaf attaches is basically made of thin particleboard and you attach the brackets to the drop leaf top with half inch screws. After two and a half months of eating on it the half inch screws tore right out of the particleboard leaving two holes. I patched the holes, sanded them down and repainted it. I put blocks of wood inside the cabinet and longer thicker screws in to reinforce it. Half inch long screws through thin particleboard holding up a 45 long leaf is not a good idea. Very disappointing and I had as much time repairing it as it took to put it together. It is pretty nice looking but be careful of putting to much food on the drop leaf.

Takes time to put together.
Straight forward as far as instructions if you can figure it out from pictures only no written instructions.

Easy to ensemble. Works get and very versatile. Being able to move it and make more counter space helps us out a lot too.
