I recommend this product for cooking all kinds of food. I recently saw a YouTuber using this product to skim the foam from the top of her beef soup. I used it to skim the foam from the beans I was cooking. I was using a spoon, but it was difficult to do without getting too much liquid. This mesh ladle makes it very easy to skim the foam and not the liquid off any dish you are preparing. I also used it to remove shrimp from the skillet I was sautéing. Also great for removing Broccoli from the pot when making beef and Broccoli. I recommend this product. Easy to clean.
