We bought this bulb to enable us to have a light in our front porch where we don’t have a mains supply.The light is used occasionally and only for a short time, so far I have not had to recharge it. The remote works well but struggles through the front door unless close.It turns on at the highest brightness and although you can turn it down, for our purpose it’s a negative. I don’t use the full features of this bulb but if power cuts become a thing, this rechargeable bulb would be very useful and I would buy more.You could also use it to amaze little kids and pretend you have a power source from anything you feel like, using the remote to turn it on and off in your pocket. Imagine the possibilities…(Won’t work on wives and anyone over 3, could work on slightly challenged older folks).

I bought these bulbs (2 pack) to provide lighting to our kitchen island without the hassle of needing to involve electrics. The bulbs arrived quickly, and charged using the USB cable provided. Charged fully within about 2 hours, but they must have had charge in the, already as I am aware they take longer from completely flat. Remote control allows you to alter the brightness - anything from 25% - 100%. I cannot fault the amount of light provided. I purchased the light pendants from Amazon too - had to ensure they had an E27 bulb fitting, and the bulbs have fitted effortlessly. Of course the light pendants are just fitted to the ceiling - no wiring involved whatsoever. Cannot fault them. Provided just what was wanted. Highly recommended.

Comes with everything you need.Easy to charge, fairly quick charging too.Was straightforward to install into my lamp.The remote works well and allows you to choose brightness etc. obviously the dimmer you have it the longer it will last.Been in use a couple of weeks now and haven’t had to recharge it yet.I’ve dropped a star because I do think it is expensive. Totally appreciate that it’s a reusable bulb etc.overall it works great and does exactly what I needed it for so I would recommend.

Too big

I did a lot of research to find bulbs to suit my needs. I bought these to put in wall lights where I didn't have them connected to the mains. They work amazingly well! The remote controls both of them separately (even though there were two remotes in the package).They really solved a huge lighting solution for me in the kitchen and I'm beyond thrilled! I have been recommending them to all my friends and family and I will be buying more in the future!

So far so good. Not the cheapest of options but saves having wall light cable dangling. Both lights work off the remote.

Use this as still waiting on fitting mains power to drop down table light. Easy to charge with the usb cable. Only thing to watch the frequency is similar to the TV controller and pops on occasionally. Need to get the mains connected then can use it a a power cut standby.
