Good but arrived late
The product arrived late, however it was well packed and sealed. It contained 2 200gm packets, I guess would save us from receiving late on a reorder.

It costs only Rs.140/- which is $1.50/-Paid more for the shipment on Amazon than for the product.

Effective and Expensive. Psyllium Husk is a MUCH Cheaper alternative
The beauty of this product is that it is invisible when used as instructed. You don’t have to change your eating habits. However, the cost of this simple addition adds up quickly for family or even a single person! The key to this product is soluble fiber, and an alternative option exists at the fraction of the price: PSYLLIUM HUSK (isabgol). You can get the powder or the whole form and just mix it in water and drink, or mix in to your dough. It works. If you use a CGM or blood glucose monitor you can verify that it works.I’m all for using green jackfruit flour, but until it becomes common and affordable, better alternatives exist.
