Pet Glucose Meter with 50 Test Strips, Dog/Cat Glucose Monitor Kit, Glucose Monitoring System for Dog/Cat Diabetes

I have a diabetic cat. This meter is easy to use if you read the directions. I also watched a few you tube videos and take the blood from the ear. There is a learning curve but after about 30 days you’ll get it down like a champ. This product works exactly as it should and is well worth the money.

As a RN i have used tons of different kind of meters and this 1 maybe wouldnt be that bad if not for the cheap test strips. My dog has had diabetes for over 2yrs and i dont stick him unless i really need 2. I have used a different system that worked well but the strips were pretty expensive. So i bought this entire kit for less than what the other strips alone would had cost. Boy did i waste this $. These strips are the cheapest made that i have ever dealt with and its very hard to even get it to take the blood sample. These strips feel like they are made of some kind of cardboard and t.totaly a joke! Take it from a very experienced nurse and dont waste your $ on this. We all love our pets and want the best possible!!!!!

I would say just ok. Wish it would show the numbers for glucose instead of mgl

Ordered this Glucose meter when I found out my cat (Jellybean) was diagnosed with diabetes. This meter is perfect, the meter comes with everything your needing to test the blood levels on your pet. I'm really liking that the meter comes in a hard plastic case to keep it protected, the meter was also a great price. I highly recommend this product if you have a pet that's diabetic

The kit is easy to use, and the instructions are straightforward. The glucose meter is small and portable, which makes testing much less stressful for both me and my dog. My only complaint is that the pricking device takes a bit of practice to use effectively, but after a few tries, it got easier.

This is a easy to use device with fast and accurate reading. The instruction was pretty easy to follow. If you have an older animal to care for at home this is a affordable product that does its job.

Couldn't get it to change the unit it measured in, so that took time to convert. Used way too many strips due to error messages. Then when I went to reorder the strips that it uses, they were unavailable. Ended up buying a new meter that works great.

I have never seen more complicated instructions which did not have to be. Test strips seem to need a fair amount of blood which is difficult to get from a cat. I still haven’t been successful with this meter.
