I actually bought this for another purpose and it works just great. I have just had an operation on the bottom of my heel and am unable to put any weight on it. I put this pillow on top of a foot stool and have this pillow just cradle the backs of my ankles which keeps the heels away from the stool. So comfortable. When my foot is healed I shall use it for the intended purpose. It is firm but lovely and soft. Appears well made and durable. The cover is lovely and soft and removable for washing. I highly recommend.

Has cured my neck pain from using regular pillows that are too high/bulky to properly support the spine and neck. Its small, functional and does what it says. If your not used to sleeping with your head flat then it will take some getting used to

The instructions are really badly worded / designed. Initially I thought it was excellent, but using it I find the neck channel is too narrow and pinches the sides of my neck when I sleep. It also started to give me neck pain when I'm awake if I move my head in certain ways. So I had to take a bread knife to the memory foam to widen the neck channel. I'm still experimenting with it. But so far it's pretty good. I think it might be a little high for my neck, so I may have to make further adjustments. It would be nice to know the dimensions of the person it is designed to be used by. Perhaps they could make different models?

It’s not was described it would do. I find it uncomfortable and it makes my neck and back problems worse. I feel the pillow should be much thicker and the indent for the neck more prominent to give the neck a better support.

Best pillow I own. A lot of neck support pillows are too high for my neck position but this one gives the perfect level of height and comfort. Slept like a baby and zero neck pain in the morning. For reference I'm a 159cm woman.

A bit too small to be that effective. Not useful if you turn to the side. I wouldn't recommend.

Great for afternoon kip

This is definitely THE ONE. I’ve struggled to find a pillow that works for me all my life, and suffered crippling headaches and neck pain as one after another failed to offer proper support. The ordinary “stuffed” kind had no neck support, and the shaped memory foam kind didn’t fit my particular head and neck shape. I’d almost given up when I saw this pillow and thought I would give it a go. I never had a better night’s sleep in my life! Fell asleep within minutes, didn’t wake up in pain during the night, and woke up with the headache all but gone. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has had a similar experience.

The idea is great but this is too high and too wide for me. Im 165cm tall so average height. My head does not clear the pillow to be flat on the bed which is what the photos seem to depict.

Je viens de le recevoir, hormis la bonne qualité apparente de l'oreiller (j'attends de le tester), je suis un peu déçue par la finition qui laisse à désirer. Je ne comprends pas que les fournisseurs ne vérifient pas leurs produits avant de les vendre. Par chance, on m'a appris à coudre dans ma jeunesse, je vais réparer la couture. J'enlève 2 étoiles car je trouve qu'on pourrait mieux respecter les clients.

I have neck issues. I have a cervical pillow, but it does not help and every night I have to lay in a certain position or I run the risk of either a tension headache or a full blown migraine(where I cannot function and my day is wasted). It's just no way to live. I got a cervical neck stretcher thingy, that did not work. I decided to take a chance on this pillow. The price was right and it came to my door two days later. The first night I used it, I woke up, no tension headache, no migraine, in-fact there was no pain at all and I ended up sleeping in(which does not happen due to pain and constantly waking up in the night to normally adjust my pillow). I woke up feeling happy, like a normal person. Three nights so far and I have not woken up with a headache! I am so happy with this product! My Husband is happy with this product, because he has seen me wake up with absolutely no pain. What is great and why I think it works, is it has just the right amount of firmness. Too hard and it hurts, to soft and it does not work. This supports my neck perfectly. There is a dip(I wish it was a teeny bit wider) that cradles my neck/spine. Its also not too tall, not to short. Not every pillow is going to work everyones neck, but for the price, I think someone should try it, it's worth checking.

Bucaba una almohada que se adaptase a la forma de mi cuello de forma que pudiese apoyar el arco y relajar esa zona. Esta almohada es perfecta. Mi descanso ha aumentado mucho.

Hard as a rock, also the neck contour is so small I don’t know whose neck this will fit. Terrible and useless honestly
