Only Pillow I’ve Used for 14 Months
I’ve never understood why conventional pillows place our heads in the most unnatural position, jacked up at 35-40 degree angles to our bodies. Surely, that can’t be good for our spines.I highly recommend this pillow to comfortably support your neck. It has just the right amount of height to allow your spine to rest in its natural state of curvature during sleep.This has been my only pillow for over 14 months.Well, except for the second one I bought for travel :0)Plus, I even had silk pillowcases sewn to replace the original pillow cases they supplied.Again, highly recommend.

It's comfortable and versatile
The Positioning Roll is exactly how the manufacture describes it. For example, it supports your neck, legs, back, and knees. I can honestly say that since I have been using it during my Pilates sessions, I have not had any back pain, and my core is getting stronger.

Not Happy
It seemed ok at fist, but after using it for a few days it lost its shape. We didn’t fine it gave any support.
