I have used this for years to log my weight and exercise habits. Weight loss has been a lifetime battle for me, (having once weighed 347 at 5.5), this is the only thing that gets me back on track RECOGNIZING recording my current progress or falling into bad habits. I used this again to regroup last year to take of 38 lbs gained in stressful time. I have managed to keep 150 lbs off.... I am purchasing my 4th USED copy today to start the new year off focused to lose the last 30 that I have never accomplished. If I didn't get back on track I would be at least 347 or more again.... user for LIFE!

Ask specific questions, even if it seems it's been answered in description
This is the 2nd time trying to purchase this book. The first one was new and damaged before delivery. This one was same price but used-like new condition and upon receiving it, 10 minutes ago, I noticed immediately that pages 15-24 were missing. These are vital ledger pages that are for recording the first weigh ins, measurement, goals and then several weeks of data. It seems these are popular and there is no better choice right now as the rest here on amazon are used and possibly written in already. But I have been waiting a couple weeks for a copy and I am pretty dissapointed in the condition of this book. Kinda puts a damper in the whole concept of beginning and ending of the journey I have been planning.

I have been using this book for a month now. It has made counting calories and writing down carbs and protein much much easier and much better displayed too. Dare I say that this book has actually made it more interesting for me to keep to the diet that I've had to use since I was told I had Diabetes?A little White Out easily helps me keep track of carbs instead of calories so if need be you don't have to enter in the information that it has on the pages. And, if need be, you can accommodate the information that is important in your own diet/life. It goes well with the CalorieKing Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate Counter by Allan Borushek only because they match.

Too detailed and time consuming
This book requires more time than I want to put into it. The daily sections seem long. The monthly pages have measurements for all your body parts. There are sections for goals, a graph to track your weight loss, etc. It's just too time consuming for me to even start using it. The writer is apparently from Australia so the graph has metric and "regular" numbers on it, with metric being listed first. I didn't care for that...just a personal preference. I won't be using the Food and Exercise Diary.

Good Layout
I've used this for a month now - it's a pretty good layout - easy to use. I also document my BP, BM, and daily weight along the top of each day. There's enough room to document meals. Writing a daily food plan helps me stay on track.

Really love this and will purchase again
Really love this diary. Will purchase again. It is so important to track food, exercise, for goals and just general health. It is motivating but also self empowering to keep track of food and exercise. The format is easy and not too small with plenty of room to write everything needed for the day. Great quality and great buy!

I Use Every Day!
I use it every day for tracking food and exercise. There isn't much room for more than a line of exercise activity, but my scribbling is everywhere and I wouldn't be as successful at weight loss as I am, so far, without it!

It's a really extensive diary, I haven't gotten around to using it yet but it looks like it has everything I need to write in!
