This charging cable not working

I bought this cable for my Fastrack smartwatch. It did not work. I went to fasttrack service centre with the understanding that there is some issue with my watch. There they put there charging cable and find that it was working. Now I have tried all the possible options to replace it. But could not find any help on the options available on Amazon site. What I understand that I have to travel to their Mumbai office to get it replaced. Why are they they deliver in Noida when they do not have any centre here near by. Moreover this cable is costing rupees 150 and even their centre is not available in Delhi or somewhere in NCR then I would have to spent multi Times of this value on conveyance. There is no contact number of seller is mentioned anywhere. At least I could not find.

It's amazingly working(My watch : Fastrack 38100)...I saw many peoples review saying it's not working... But I risked and ordered because I don't have any alternate way... And it's very cool and working very well and the wire quality and magnet quality is amazing... I'm not a fake reviewer... It's very nice... Happy to shop...

Didn't work for a fastrack watch. Pin connections + and - are reversed. No point in returning a 150 rupees product. I cut the cable and rewired the only two cables present the other way. Working fine so far.

I purchased a smartwatch charging cable from Amazon, but it is not working at all. When I requested a return or replacement, Amazon refused and asked me to contact the brand directly. The company is asking me to visit their service centre, which will cost more in travel expenses than the actual price of the cable. This is completely unfair for such a small accessory. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the support process. I do not recommend buying this product.
