Great flavor and a good alternative to sports drink mixes

My daughter and I love this brand and this flavor. We were buying it at GNC but discovered it on Amazon and it's so easy and quick to get it!

I just hope the ingredients they put in this are safe, will have to do more research on them.

Great product, I have purchased this multiple times. So far sour watermelon and blue razz are my favorite, with watermelon taking the top spot. I workout quite a bit, and I use this powder in my “during” drink every time I hit the gym. It helps my muscles to recover much fast that if I just drank another common electrolyte drink (G), and since I’ve started with this stuff, I have not been so detrimentally sore that I couldn’t make it in the next day. It also tastes really good. Great stuff!

I love this product! Disolves easily and has great flavor (I have the mango peach one.) Can't say if it does everything advertised but it makes me drink my water after workout so at least helps with hydration.

Tastes great, mixes well too. One of my favorite hydration supplements.
