First of all, this cinema in a spritz bottle. I,as a man, did not even think of this, but once the wife mentioned that got me thinking... THAT'S not very practical, is it?At least for my wife's issue, it isn't. It needs to target a specific point just at the opening and the design of the bottle is not very helpful for this. She is currently trying different ways of applying to see if she can get any relief. So far, 4 or 5 attempts with no relief noted. Unsurprisingly, she is frustrated and I believe she has given up on it.You know us MEN. Always trying to FIX the problem and usually failing.Personal opinion: Overpriced gimmick. Don't waste your money like I did. Maybe it would help with itchiness better, but it does nothing for vaginal atrophy, at least according to MY wife. I get that experiences are VERY specific to each individual, so... I would look for your specific issue, as close as you can find and if you or your loved one has a certain "spot" that hurts, move on to another product. 😉 Good luck with your search. User This lidocaine gel has provided a small amount of post-labiaplasty & rectocele repair relief. I have a lot of stitches in that area and am very sore. I don’t think the strongest topical lidocaine made could numb the pain, but this makes it much more tolerable. I think for a “typical” amount of discomfort this would be very effective! As so many others have stated the container desperately needs a new design.
